Who We Are?
Citi Venture Group is a leading global alternative asset management firm with expertise in investment management and credit strategies. Our headquarters are located in the financial hub of London. The firm was formed in 2024 as an association of Citi Venture Capital Ltd (CVC), established by a Swiss investor group and external partners who had been investing together since the 1980s in high-yield bonds, convertible securities, distressed debt, real estate, control investments, and listed equities. With equity of GBP 45 million, we are equipped to withstand risks. Today, CVC employs over 30 professionals, including 12 portfolio managers with an average of 35 years of experience, contributing to nearly 800 years of combined industry expertise.

As a result of consistent application of our philosophy and principles, CVC has earned a large and distinguished clientele. Among CVC's global clients are over 114 private investors from Europe, the U.S., and Asia, along with more than 150 corporate investors globally and over 70 endowments and foundations globally.
Our expertise investing across the capital structure has allowed us to cultivate a diversified mix of global investment strategies in four categories: credit, private equity, real assets and listed equities. Importantly, the expansion of our strategies has been achieved primarily through "step-outs" into highly related fields, based on identifying markets that (a) we believe have the potential for attractive returns, and (b) can be exploited in a manner consistent with the firm's risk-controlled philosophy.
